  • Do You Have Accommodation?
    We do not have accommodation on site, however there are nearby hotels we'd happily recommend. For details and directions please contact us.
  • How Do I Make A Booking/Viewing?
    Please drop us an email at obelisk@stagesupportservices.com or call us on 01604 843032. Please make us aware of any special requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • How Do I Confirm My Booking?
    Bookings are only confirmed with written confirmation (will be either by post or email) and the receipt of a deposit (deposits are non-refundable and deducted from the final invoice).
  • When Do I Have To Pay For My Function?
    Payment schedule will be agreed at the time of your booking.
  • Can I Bring My Own Food & Drink?
    We provide full catering for all events and can be flexible with your wishes surrounding allergies and cuisine. You are also able to include external catering at cost subject to agreement. Whatever is best for you, we can do!
  • Can I Extend My Event Times?
    We operate flexibly and will always try and accommodate you where possible. However, extensions are subject to availability at the discretion of management due to other potential bookings.
  • Do You Provide DJ Services?
    We can provide DJ’s and assist with other AV services. If you wish to hire a preferred external entertainment service, we allow this at no extra cost! We can also assist with other services for events like weddings, wakes and birthday parties.
  • What COVID-19 Precautions Do You Have In Place?
    The health pass is no longer compulsory in the UK, and you do not need to show vaccination status. However, the safety of our customers and staff is a priority to us and we maintain this by ensuring our premises are cleaned and sanitised daily. Free hand sanitisers dispensers can be found in every room and masks available upon request. For the most up to date guidelines on COVID-19 please visit the Government website.
  • What Are Your Opening Hours For Booked Events?
    We can operate outside of normal hours for any event, although there is a limit on how late we are able to close out of respect for our neighbours. Please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Is The Obelisk Fully Accessible via Wheelchairs?
    Yes, we are wheelchair friendly. For any special requirements please do not hesitate to contact us so we can accommodate your needs.
  • Is There Car Parking At The Obelisk?
    Yes, we have a large free car park for the use of customers.
  • Is There WIFI Access At The Obelisk?
    Yes, we have free WIFI available to all customers. Should you have any issues accessing this please ask a member of staff who will be able to assist you.
  • Do You Allow Dogs?
    Dogs are allowed in The Obelisk Bar and Garden.
